This privacy policy applies to the ZenDiver app (hereby referred to as "Service") for mobile devices. We do not sell your data or profit in any way from your data. We do not include adverts.
We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information you give us. Service requires you to sign in with your Google or E-mail Account. When you do, we’ll use personal information, like your name, or email address in order to better serve your needs and personalize your experience. The legal basis for the data processing is the fulfillment of the usage contract according to Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR and your consent according to Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
Data you use when working with the Service. Such data includes goals and requests in text or audio form that will be created by you using the Service. We store this data on our servers so that you can access your data from any device at any time without having to rely on third-party backup services. Your data is sent to our server in encrypted form. You always retain the right to your data and we will never share or sell your personal data with third-parties.
Subscriptions and Purchases. When you subscribe to one of the plans, you may be asked to share certain personal information in addition to what you have provided upon opening your account. Additionally, other information may be required to complete the transaction. This information will be requested on a case by case basis and will be saved only upon your express confirmation in order to enhance your experience using our Service.
Emails and messages from Users. We'll keep emails or any other kind of communications you send us to be able to assist you and resolve any issue or requests as thoroughly as possible. The legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest according to Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR for reaching out to more potential users of the app.
Technical data. This is data that tells us what hardware and software is being used to access our Service: Data about the mobile platform (iOS/Android) and version, App version, Device model, IP Address, Verification of payment receipt at Apple and Google (receipts do not contain names or addresses). Technical data is processed to establish and secure the connection between client and server, as well as troubleshoot and detect errors. The legal basis for data processing is the Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
App usage data. This is data that tells us how and how often the app is used: How many times was the app opened?, Which areas were clicked on in the app?, App settings used (language settings, notifications), Feedback data (incl. email service). The legal basis for the data processing is based on our legitimate interest according to Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR for improving the usability & performance of the Service.
How we use the information we collect
We use the information we collect from our Services to provide, to maintain, to improve, and to develop new ones.
When you contact us, we keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you might be facing. We may use your email address to inform you about our Services, such as letting you know about upcoming changes or improvements.
We will ask for your consent before using information for a purpose other than those that are set out in this Privacy Policy.
Third Party Access
Please note that the Service utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. These services include Google Services and OpenAI.
Data Retention Policy
The Service will retain your data for as long as you use the Service and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete your data that you have provided via the Service, please contact them at zendiverpublic@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.
